Apex Video Promotions provides AI powered promotional video services for businesses. This may include concept creation, script writing, video editing, AI generated visuals, avatar based video content, music, sound effects, captions, motion graphics, and related creative production services.

Consultations are used to understand the client's business, goals, available content, and video requirements. Booking a consultation does not create a binding agreement unless both parties agree to proceed with a project.

Where applicable, Apex Video Promotions may provide a concept, outline, or proposed direction for the client to review. No payment is required until the client approves the concept and agrees to move forward.

Once the concept is approved, an invoice will be issued. Work begins once the invoice has been settled, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, logos, brand assets, website content, images, video clips, and any other materials required for the project. Clients confirm they have permission to use any materials they provide.

Some video content may be created or enhanced using AI tools. While all reasonable care is taken to create professional results, AI generated outputs may vary and may require creative adjustment, editing, or refinement.

Any included revisions will be confirmed in the relevant package, proposal, or written agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith. Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, client response times, asset availability, and required changes.

Project fees, payment terms, and package details will be confirmed before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before production starts after concept approval.

If a client chooses not to proceed before approving a concept, there is nothing to pay. Once a project has been approved and production has started, cancellation terms will depend on the stage of work completed.

Once full payment has been received, the client may use the final approved video for their business marketing purposes, including website, social media, presentations, and advertising, unless otherwise agreed.

Apex Video Promotions may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the project begins.

Clients are responsible for checking that the final video content is accurate, including claims, wording, pricing, contact details, legal statements, compliance information, and industry specific information.

Apex Video Promotions will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the client.
