Apex Video Promotions is the trading name of PPGreens Ltd, company number 15079267, based at 1st Floor, 10 Merthyr Rd, Cardiff CF14 1DG. Where this page says we or us, that is the company you are contracting with.

We make promotional videos for businesses without sending a camera crew out. Depending on what a project needs, that can involve writing the concept and script, editing footage you already own, building visuals with AI tools, adding an on screen presenter, captions, music, sound effects and motion graphics.

Every project is a bit different, so the exact scope of your video is whatever we have written down in your proposal or agreed by email. That written scope always takes priority over anything general on this page or elsewhere on the website.

We start with a consultation to understand your business, what you are trying to sell, and what material you already have. Booking that call commits you to nothing.

After the call we put a concept together for you to look at. You pay nothing at this stage. If you decide the direction is not right for you, that is the end of it and there is no invoice. If you are happy with it, we raise an invoice and start production once it has been paid, unless we have agreed something different in writing.

Turnaround times we quote are honest estimates rather than guarantees. They can move if a project turns out to be more involved than expected, if we are waiting on logos or footage from your side, or if changes come back late.

Your proposal states how many rounds of revision are included. Those cover tweaks within the agreed concept, such as wording, pacing, music choice or on screen text. If you want to change direction after production has started, or add scenes beyond the agreed scope, we will quote for the extra work before doing it.

We rely on you for accurate information and for any brand assets the video needs, such as your logo, product photos, existing clips, prices and contact details. By sending us material you confirm you are allowed to use it and that we are allowed to use it in your video.

You are also the one who signs off the final cut. Please read it carefully before you approve it, particularly any claims, pricing, qualifications, regulatory wording or industry specific detail. We cannot verify that sort of information on your behalf.

Some elements of your video may be produced or enhanced using AI tools. We review everything and refine it until it looks right, but AI output is not perfectly predictable and occasionally needs reworking. That is part of the process and it is covered by the revision rounds in your proposal.

Once your invoice is paid in full, the approved video is yours to use across your website, social channels, adverts, email, presentations, exhibition screens and anywhere else you promote your business. Project files, working assets and unused material stay with us unless we have agreed otherwise.

We usually like to show finished work in our own portfolio and social posts. If you would rather we did not, just tell us in writing before the project starts and we will keep it private.

Before you approve a concept there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel. Once production has begun, what happens depends on how far along we are, so talk to us as early as you can and we will be reasonable about it.

We stand behind the work we deliver. What we cannot accept responsibility for is indirect loss, lost profit, lost business or lost opportunity, or for problems caused by information you supplied that turned out to be wrong. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
